About The Job
If you love pop culture and have an affinity for performance-based marketing, this role is for you! As a Paid Media Coordinator, you will play an impactful part in planning, executing, measuring and optimizing paid search and social campaigns across the Radical Share portfolio of brands. You’ll be a valued member of our growing media team, while working cross-functionally to keep team leaders informed on search trends, competitive advantages and overall opportunity areas for each business. A strong sense of curiosity and an eye for the details will serve you well as we work to develop thoughtful, integrated campaigns that differentiate and drive engagement for our brands.
Responsibilities
Support end-to-end facilitation of paid search and social campaigns – from the briefing stage, to creative approvals, execution, optimization and performance reporting
Perform recurring and ad-hoc reports for media team, including daily spend monitoring
Track competitive placements and identify opportunities for media team and beyond
Monitor and optimize product data feeds for individual ad platforms, including but not limited to Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Pinterest and affiliate network platforms
Assist with website audits to identify bugs and UX issues that may be impacting performance
Support affiliate program as needed with publisher communications and outreach
Maintain media calendar and organize integrated campaigns with channel-specific targets to ensure activation deadlines are met
Conducts ongoing research to inform media strategy – including search and shopping trends, industry news, and emerging platforms and technologies
Qualifications & Skills
2 years of in-house brand marketing or agency experience, DTC e-commerce a plus
Solid understanding of paid, owned and earned media best practices, campaign analytics and conversion attribution
Strong analytical background and can derive actionable insights from complex datasets
Project management skills and the ability to multitask with attention to detail
Familiarity with various ad platforms including: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok
Candidates with experience in any of the following areas preferred: Affiliate marketing (Rakuten, Commission Junction, Share-A-Sale), Shopify stores, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Channel Advisor, and/or Airtable
