Our mission at Rise is to create a new teen mental health care system, purpose built for access. We are creating a new system of care that offers help to teens and families early in their mental health journey, at the moment they first need it and before issues escalate. Rise distributes care in partnership with school counselors – who see the mental health crisis everyday in their offices – helping kids who need more help than they can get at school. And Rise makes care affordable for families by accepting all major insurances including commercial and Medicaid plans. We are founded by the cofounders of Headway, the leading company creating access to therapy for adults, and backed by great partners from the world of both health care and technology, including Khosla Ventures and Town Hall Ventures.
