About Us

Social Cipher creates video games that drive social-emotional learning for neurodiverse youth. Our first game series, Ava, is a 2D platformer with an autistic protagonist who acts as a bridge between educators and their students to facilitate the growth of self-advocacy and social-emotional learning skills.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a marketing assistant to support our team as we grow our online presence and customer base through a multi-channel digital marketing strategy.

Your Job

• Design slide decks and other marketing materials according to brand guidelines
• Create social media content and schedule posts
• Format the email newsletter using Brevo
• Attend regularly scheduled marketing meetings
• Represent us on TikTok and YouTube
• Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with other marketing tasks as needed

You’ll like this opportunity if...

• You’re neurodivergent and/or passionate about our mission to help neurodivergent youth feel seen and confidently navigate their world
• You have experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
• You understand how to write for an audience of education leaders (such as district administrators)
• You’re organized, operate with autonomy, and are excited to step up and take initiative when needed.
• You have experience using GA4, Webflow, and marketing automation tools like Sendinblue
• You are comfortable working on a team and giving feedback to a group.
• You have excellent writing and time management skills.

Your Life

• Location: Remote (but welcome to come in if you’re in Los Angeles!)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Time commitment: 25 hours/month cap
• Salary Range: $30-33 per hour
